SELLING YOUR PROPERTY

Whether you are selling your first property, or whether you have been through the process before, you can rest assured that if you list your property with us, you are listing it with seasoned professionals who will give you the results, the time and the attention you deserve and should expect.

When choosing a broker/agent to list your property, you should always, at minimum, consider the following:

  1. Referrals are often the best source of finding an agent.  Ask friends or relatives about their experience.  You will know right away if someone was happy with their purchase/sale.
  2. The experience and knowledge of the agent
  3. The responsiveness of the agent to your questions and/or concerns before you commit to a listing.
  4. Will the agent accompany all showings or will they put your property on a "lock box"?
  5. What sets this agent/brokerage apart from the other agents/brokerages.

  3. Potential buyers will receive the same access 24 Hour access to your agent.
  4. We are not part of a corporate conglomerate.  We are a small organization capable of quickly adapting to the individual and specialized needs of all of our clients and the changing trends in the real estate market.
  5. Your agent will accompany every showing.  If houses could sell themselves, there would be no need for agents.  Prospective buyers will follow the path of least resistance.  If they walk away from a showing with more questions than answers, you probably just lost a prospective buyer.
  6. Listed properties will never be on  lock boxes or key cards.  You can rest assured that strangers will not be walking through your property unsupervised.
  7. Feedback.  Because the agent will accompany every showing, you will have real-time feedback from other agents and potential buyers.  Feedback helps sellers and their agents modify their marketing strategies and/or pricing quickly and effectively.
